We need donations to enable us the funding to be able to get bigger spaces and help more people in a clean and safe environment.
Proposals have been made to house 25 people with a church located in south Etobicoke. This space is very well suited for us to be able to comfortably provide temporary housing for the targeted individuals, working alongside other local services we will be able to provide additional services and lastly the knowledge to be able to find and maintain long term housing.

Peace of mind property management corporation is committed to providing personalised and professional service to each of our clients.
We have partnered directly with shelters and housing associated charities across Canada, most of our clients are new comers to Canada, asylum seekers, refugee's, homeless due to financial difficulties and clients who also do not have the correct documents to rent directly from landlords or renting management agents.
We believe that everybody should have a place to call home no matter their circumstances, we work directly with home owners and local agents and services to find affordable properties to present to our clients.
Our team of experienced property managers are dedicated to finding suitable properties all across the GTA work tirelessly to ensure we are maximising your rental income and minimising your stress as a property owner.

The story of POM started in November 2021, Ola, our founder moved from London, UK to Toronto, Canada. Having the courage and perseverance to start a new life with the amount of opportunities Canada had to offer. His passion is fuelled in the difficult experience he had when finding housing for himself.

The story of POM started in November 2021, Ola, our founder moved from London, UK to Toronto, Canada. Having the courage and perseverance to start a new life with the amount of opportunities Canada had to offer. His passion is fuelled in the difficult experience he had when finding housing for himself.
Due to the documents difference needed to obtain a property. Ola's experience in the property industry came to be the main focus in the early stages as the main goal was to match landlords to tailored individual's.
With that in mind, and the experience Ola obtained from being a new comer himself, POM was founded. With the vision on creating opportunities and the chance for communities to find harmony and a place they can call a home; Ola found a way to bridge the gap between homeowners and tenants.
POM has since grown a lot and is now proposing plans for bigger spaces enabling us to house more individual's, Ola and his team have worked tirelessly to ensure this vision comes to life.

Marvin has a strong background in nursing and healthcare, where he gained experience caring for people from different walks of life. overtime, he saw how deeply connected housing is to overall health, especially for those struggling with homelessness.

Now fully dedicated to eradicating homelessness, Marvin works to connect individual's and families with housing resources and services, he advocates for affordable housing, supports policy changes and collaborates with local organisations to find lasting housing solutions.
Marvin's goals alined with POM's main core values bring the experience needed to push towards more sustainable affordable housing solutions, improving both health and community well-being.
